1. All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing (via email or official booking form).
2. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Full payment must be made as per the agreed timeline, prior to the event date. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking.
4. Any changes to the booking (e.g., date, number of guests, or services) must be communicated in writing and are subject to approval by Avenza Banquet Negombo.
